MOULD BIOTOXIN ILLNESS (CIRS) | IMMUNITY
KIDNEY DISEASE | GUT MICROBIOME HEALTH
With 14 years of clinical naturopathy experience, I've practiced as a Naturopath in Melbourne, Australia, predominantly in Integrative Medicine and Collaborative-Care settings. My focus lies in Complex Illnesses, particularly Mould Biotoxin Illness (CIRS), Chronic Kidney Disease & Renal Failure, Chronic Infections & Immune Disorders, and Gut Microbiome & Digestive Health.
I became involved in naturopathic medicine due to my personal journey with chronic kidney disease. This experience highlighted the value of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) in addressing the limitations of conventional healthcare for chronic conditions. I incorporate various modalities such as nutrition, herbal medicine, food as medicine, lifestyle medicine, and yoga therapy. I take an integrative approach to health, collaborating with medical and allied health professionals when necessary to optimise outcomes.
I have a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) from the Southern School of Natural Therapies and a Master of Public Health (Global Health) from the University of Melbourne. I have lectured in Naturopathy and Nutrition at the Southern School of Natural Therapies. Additionally, I've undertaken various Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapy trainings in Australia and India. Recently, I obtained certification as a Mould Testing Technician from the Australian College of Environmental Studies.
I am available for consultation Australia-wide via Telehealth on Mondays, Friday, and Saturdays, or In-Person appointments on Wednesdays in Kew.

Complex Illness
Complex illness involve a spectrum of disorders that are often difficult to diagnose and treat by orthodox medical practitioners. A common diagnoses is myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS)/fibromyalgia, however, this typically does not identifying the underlying drivers of illness. In some circumstances you may have had an acute episode where you never felt the same since, on the other hand, you may not have any clear indication why these symptoms have developed. This is where a comprehensive review of your health history is essential for identifying the often multiple stressors contributing to your health issues. Common underlying drivers include chronic infections (tick-borne, stealth or viral infections), mast-cell activation syndrome (MCAS), toxin exposure (heavy-metals, chemicals, mycotoxins), trauma, and gut dysfunction.
Gut Microbiome Health
The gut microbiome refers to the complex community of microorganisms, including bacteria, viruses, fungi, and other microbes, residing in the gastrointestinal tract. This ecosystem plays a crucial role in maintaining overall health and well-being. If you experience digestive issues, food intolerances, allergies, autoimmune disease, mental health issues, or metabolic disease, gut microbiome imbalances may be an underlying driver of dysfunction.
